Direct Fund Drive Starts Today!

Hello! Thanks to all who came last night and welcome all new families.

Today is the start of our direct fund drive!

The school district gives zero money to the music program and it is entirely funded by the music boosters group, a  group that supports the staff and students so they can get the items on the wish list, pay for entrance fees to festivals, and any other needs they have so they can have the basic needs of a music department. We are talking sheet music and instrument repair etc. ( larger trips have their own separate fundraisers)

To run this program, we aim to raise $15k each year– and we have roughly 140 students. That means we are hoping each family can give $110 this year to the program. (this is different than the classroom $75 you gave to teachers, which is for field trips and buses)

This is $11/month or a check today for $110 dollars or more.

  2. Complete the form. You will receive an email receipt within seconds.
  3. Does your employer match charitable gifts? If so, please contact your human resources department and make the match.
  4. Forward your email receipt (the one you received in step 2) to the booster treasurer, Donna Crist at Donna will track your donation and your match and let you know when she has received the funds.
  5. Forward this email to all friends & family interested in supporting the music program.
  6. If you prefer to donate by check, please contact Donna directly.
